The 138-acre Edgewater Beach, Golf, and Racket Resort is the only property of its kind in Panama City Beach which makes it the perfect location for any tropical getaway. My 1,366 square foot, deluxe beachfront, 2-bedroom condo in tower 2 was recently updated with stainless-steel appliances, Carrier air conditioner, and top of the line LVP in the bedrooms. My home will comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests and provide plenty of space for your loved ones to relax and spread out.
The floor to ceiling windows frame breathtaking views of the gorgeous Gulf and make the perfect place for basking in the morning sun or marveling at one of PCB's stunning, nightly sunsets. Enjoy the scenery from behind the glass or step out onto our huge private balcony where you can smell the salt air and hear the crashing waves. The pristine, turquoise waters of the Gulf and its famed sugar sand beaches stretch as far as the eye can see.
If you grow tired of the beach, this 8th floor condo is just steps from a lavishly landscaped lagoon pool, full-service dining at Oceans restaurant, Starbucks, a sundry/ice cream shop, a children's splash pad, and more. There is also a seasonally heated pool and jacuzzi right in front of our tower as well as a clubhouse, fitness center, pickle ball, basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, and 9-hole executive golf course just across the resort’s private pedestrian bridge. A resort tram can take you around the property if you prefer not to walk.
Within this beautifully decorated condo, a full-sized kitchen has been equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or snacks for your hungry crew. An open concept dining area and living room have ample seating for everyone's comfort. Your group can dine together at a dining table for eight, a large breakfast bar, or seaside on the furnished balcony. Plus, a flat screen TV with HD service, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a collection of beloved classic movies is provided for your entertainment.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV with HD service, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV with HD service, walk-in closet, double vanity area, and a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. Our heavy-duty, solid pine bunks can accommodate 175 pounds on top and 200 pounds on the bottom. An additional twin roll away can be set up upon request if there is a 7th guest joining you. There is even a full-sized washer and dryer for any laundry needs that you may have.
A lending closet full of beach necessities is provided for our guest use during their stay, because we all know how difficult it is to haul all that gear on vacation. Some of the essentials included are beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, floaties, beach bag, insulated tote, beach blanket, various sand toys, and even beach towels. All we ask is that you keep it neat and tidy for the next guest.
--> Guests must complete Edgewater's online Guest Registration prior to arrival and pay the Guest Registration Fee of $50 which provides one parking pass, the use of 8 resort wristbands, and access to numerous amenities. An extra vehicle pass is $30.

Hi! My name is Deb. Growing a up as a 3rd generation Californian, I believed that owning beach front property was a dream that only the rich and famous could ever achieve. When my 26-year marriage ended in a devastating divorce, I was left with nothing more than my teaching pension, a small mountain cabin, and a strong desire to live the life I had always dreamed of. Sadly, that little mountain cabin was in an over saturated and extremely seasonal market. Turning it into an Airbnb did little more than cover the mortgage and double my workload. Plus, eight years in the mountains had me ready for a change of scenery. So, in 2019 I ran a simple Google query in search of the best beaches in the US. That search lead me across the country to Panama City Beach, Florida. I quickly fell in love with its gorgeous white sand beaches charming hometown feel. Without a moment's hesitation, I swapped that small mountain cabin for a beach front condo, the future became clearer, and my light was restored. I recently retired after 32 years as a 3rd grade teacher, but I'm still an adoring mother, budding entrepreneur, and aspiring author. I'm an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys kayaking, hiking, snorkeling, paddle boarding, jet skiing, boating, and fishing. I'm also an avid traveler who loves traipsing all over the US, Canada, and abroad but far prefers the hospitality and convenience that comes with home-sharing rather than cramped, stuffy hotel rooms. I love meeting new people, so transitioning from guest to host seemed like a logical next step. I hope you’ll allow me the opportunity to host your family's next adventure.
